WHAT DO DATA SCIENTISTS DO?
The world of data science includes a whole range of specializations. Here are a few of them.
DATA
SCIENTIST

Data scientists combine computer science, mathematics, statistics, modelling and a solid understanding of their industry to discover new strategies. They clean and sort data and create algorithms that analyze trends. They then present their findings to companies to help them improve their practices and systems.
DATA
ENGINEER

Data engineers work in a variety of fields to build systems that collect, manage, and convert unsorted data into usable information for data scientists and analysts to interpret. Their end goal is to make data accessible so that organizations can use it to evaluate and optimize their performance.
MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEER
Machine learning engineers research, build, and design artificial intelligence (AI) responsible for machine learning along with maintaining and improving existing artificial intelligence systems. They also act as the go-between for data scientists who develop AI construction models and those who build and run them.

What you will learn

LLMs for NLP
Develop prompts and queries that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to perform targeted Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks and fine-tune pre-trained LLMs to drive practical solutions to business challenges.
Apply ethical practices to ensure responsible and fair use of language models.

Math Foundations
Dive into the basics of probability theory, statistics, and linear algebra using NumPy and Statsmodels

Data Visualization
Learn the principles of graphical integrity and the guidelines for visualization context and guidelines with tools like Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, and Geopandas.
