In 2025, the Roland Gossage Foundation launched a strategic realignment of the Soldiers in Tech program to ensure its continued growth and stability under Ontario’s Skills Development Fund. This process emphasized transparency, sustainability, and alignment with Ontario’s evolving workforce priorities

This new direction means more choice, stronger partnerships, and continued success for veterans and their families.
